Welcoming News from The Ministry of Tourism, Announces No More Rapid Test Upon Arrival To All Vaccinated Travelers

PHNOM PENH: There’s a welcoming news from the Ministry of Tourism, delightedly informing all tourism stakeholders, national and international tourists, and travelers, who have been fully vaccinated and traveling to the Kingdom of Cambodia, that starting on Thursday, March 17, The Royal Government of Cambodia have decided to;

Firstly, waiving the requirement for the Negative 72-hour Certificate of Covid-19 PCR Test Result prior to arrival in Cambodia.

Secondly, waiving the requirement for Antigen Rapid Test upon arrival.

Thirdly, reopening the Visa On Arrival service for all international travelers by air, land and sea by meeting the immigration requirements as previously implemented prior to the global pandemic of Covid-19.

Both national and international travelers arriving in Cambodia must only present vaccinated cards recognized by their respective health authorities. For those who have not been vaccinated, are still eligble to request or apply for Visa on Arrival; but subject to 14-day state quarantine at the locations designated by the Ministry of Health or respective/local authorities.

All travelers are also encouraged to conduct their own Antigen Rapid Tests before or upon arrival and during their stay in Cambodia; and must comply with the implementations of 3 Dos and 3 DON’Ts, as well as all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)in the Tourism Industry implemented by the Ministry of Tourism.
